Meitheal Team

Faith Development is an important part of the CBC religious programme. Co-curricular activities planned and led by students under the guidance of the RE department have encouraged the practice of Christian values and an experience of faith in action in the school community.

The Meitheal Student Peer Leadership Team members play a major part in Faith Development through their leadership and example in organising and leading student support for the pre-Christmas SHARE appeal, the Chernobyl Children's Project, Food for SIMON, non-uniform days, a Ukraine Project, Christian Brothers African Projects and other charities. The Meitheal Team's involvement in running an inter-school quiz, soccer league and an orientation programme for First Year students is a positive Christian example in the school community.
